What this role needs
- Top 10 university CS degree (or top 10 VC startup exp)
- At least one "peak" (school, promotion, founding eng)
- 2-8 YoE (sweet spot 4-6)
- Strong Python backend proficiency
- E2E product ownership without PM support
- Agentic workflows or LLM-based systems
