What this role needs
- 4-8 YoE full-stack or backend-leaning software engineering
- Python, Postgres, React, TypeScript (zero exposure to all four = hard no)
- Postgres specifically, not just "relational database experience"
- Experience at a high-growth venture-backed startup
- CS degree
